Europe’s leading MMA promotion have inked further dates for 2019, including a groundbreaking ‘Live at the Apollo’ event – the first night of MMA ever to be held in the history of London’s iconic Eventim Apollo.

For one night only, one of the UK’s most famous venues will open its doors to MMA fans for Cage Warriors 106: Live at the Apollo on Saturday 29th June.

Cage Warriors have established the Indigo at the O2 Arena as their London home in recent years, but high demand for tickets and a run of sold out shows in the capital saw company president Graham Boylan searching for a bigger venue.

“Rumours were circulating about this event so it’s time to officially announce it,” says Boylan. “We’re already getting some of our biggest names calling us up wanting a part of this card.

“The Apollo has never opened it’s doors to an MMA event before so this will be a landmark night for Cage Warriors and for the sport.

“With 6 events already announced in just the first half of 2019, we’re making good on our commitment to provide Europe’s fighters with consistent, respected pathway to the world stage.”

The West London venue has played host to countless history-making events, including performances by music icons such as the Beatles, Led Zeppelin and more recently Kanye West. Now, Cage Warriors will stamp their name in the Apollo’s books on June 29th with a summer evening of MMA – the last of the promotion’s events before their summer break.

Tickets for CW106: Live at the Apollo will be on sale very soon.

Also just announced for Cage Warriors 2019 calendar is CW105 at Colchester’s Charter Hall on Friday 31st May, as the promotion continue to build on the solid work done by the Cage Warriors Academy South East.

This event sees a return to Colchester after Cage Warriors made their debut at the Charter Hall for CW99 late last year, an event which saw local hero James Webb secure his title shot against Thomas Robertsen at CW102 on March 2nd. With all seated tickets for CW102 now sold out, only a limited number of standing tickets remain HERE
